Aussie Paw Supply offers free standard shipping within Australia.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and tracking details are emailed once your parcel ships.

Our products are shipped directly by our supplier partners and may ship from overseas. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Tracking

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at aussiepawsupply@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
